So I’ve been doing a bit more research into this whole “marketing” thing, and one thing that seems to be a pretty unanimous recommendation for self published authors is something called a “reader magnet.” A little bonus story people get for free in exchange for signing up to your newsletter. Usually it’ll be a prequel or side adventure somewhere in your storys’ world.
I just so happened to have the perfect event in mind to explore for a standalone prequel, and so here we are. Presenting: Tyrantfall (or as I like to call it, Sellane and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day).
I don’t have blurb written yet, but keep your eyes out for this if you want to see a bit more of Dremeni society, Sellane’s family, and that whole strange part of the world that is alluded to in Troupe but never shown. Also she has a pet cat* in this one, so that’s nice.
*It’s half a ton of claw and muscle and trained to tear people limb from limb but I’m still counting it.
